Subscriber Exchange Policy for the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre

Enjoy easy ticket exchanges between performance dates or productions as a PBT subscriber. 

 

PHONE: Call the Benedum Center Box Office at 412-456-6666. Monday through Saturday: 10a.m. - 8p.m.; Sunday: 12p.m. - 8p.m.

ONLINE: Subscribers MUST be logged into their account to exchange your tickets online. After you login,go to your profile and the exchange/donate button will be the last tab at the top. Subscribers may exchange their  tickets online to another performance or a production up to 4 hours prior to the performance. It is recommended that subscribers exchange tickets as early as possible. Some restrictions may apply. All exchanges are subject to availability. IN PERSON: Visit the Benedum Center Box Office or The Box Office at Theatre Square Monday through Saturday: 10a.m. - 6p.m.; Sunday: 12p.m. - 4p.m.

MAIL: Mail tickets to the Benedum Center Box Office, 719 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Please enclose a letter listing the alternate date, time, and performance you perfer. Tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick-up.

TICKET EXCHANGE REMINDERS: Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance date. Past due subscription tickets cannot be honored or exchanged.
